IMG_0871

This pudding is one of my absolute favorite things to eat in the morning . Packed with nutrients, proteins, and vitamins it satisfy my sweeth tooth craving. it’s so easy to make i always make sure to make 3 or 4 servings and leave them in the fridge for lazy mornings when i don’t want to bother and cook something.

Vanilla Bean Berry Chia Pudding:

1/2 Cup Almond Milk, 1 Cup Plain Greek Yoghurt, 2 Tbsp Agave syrup, 1/4 Cup Chia Seeds, A handfull of Strawberries & Blackeberies , Vanilla bean paste.

Mix the almond milk, yoghurt, agave syrup. Add in the chia seeds with diced stawberries. Leave to stand for at least 2hours before serving (i left mine in the fridge overnight). Mix again before serving and add some berries on top
