- 1 Beet (medium)
- 2 Cups Spinach
- 1 Banana (ripe)
- 1/2 Cup Blueberries
- 1 Apple (small)
- 1 Cup Filtered water (can be replaced with plant milk)
Prep your fruits and veggies. Cut them in small pieces to make it easy to blend.
Place all of your ingredients in a blender, cover with water and blend until smooth. Add more liquid if needed.
Pour into a glass and serve fresh.
