While i love everything beauty, and pampering myself, i am not always feeling 100% confident/feminine. There are some days where i feel like ‘not that pretty’, especially around that time of the month. Today I’d like to share some tips that I’ve found to be helping me a lot.
Taking baths. I find it enjoyable to take a hot bath, especially in the winter time. I cherish that moment when i can relax in hot bubbly water with some music and a drink.
It’s an understatement to say that i love makeup, i mean i blog about it. There are few things that never fail to make me feel sexier: Red lipstick and highlighter. I really love the ‘almost bare face’ look with bright red lips, long lashes and a touch of highlighter on the cheekbones.
Polished nails. I am probably not the only one, but clean and freshly painted nails give me some kind of confidence. My go-to are nudy colors and reds (Red may or may not be one of my favorite colors)
Wearing lace lingerie and silk stocking for myself. That’s definitely the one thing you need to try if you haven’t already. I have a thing for luxurious fabrics like lace and silk, i can’t even explain, they just make me feel like a sexy pin-up.
Pretty pair of shoes. For me, the prettiest pair of shoes are the one i can walk with, without looking like i am about to fall. A nude pair of heels gives the illusion of longer legs, being a petite gal i use that trick every time i can.
Dainty jewllery. Usually, i don’t like how bulky jewellery looks on me. I prefer fine and small rose gold or gold pieces. My current favorite is that cute rose gold bracelet from Bauble bar that i got in a Stilla makeup set.
I must confess, i don’t leave my house without wearing perfume, even when i am grocery shopping. I don’t really have a signature scent, all i know is that i tend to go for floral perfumes. I am currently switching between Dolce&Gabanna Rose The One and Victor&Rolf Flower Bomb.
