Detox Green Juice That Actually Taste Good

Today’s recipe is a detox green juice with only 3 ingredients. This actually tastes so GOOD and is super filling.

I used a blender for this particular one, and fresh fruits and veggies.

As much as I believe in healthy eating, I also believe that from time to time I need to treat myself to keep sane.

The holiday season is probably the worst time of the year food wise.

Between Christmas dinners and NYE, I can really feel that my body can’t handle it. It is screaming for some healthy habits to come back.

I decided to start a juice cleanse this week, to really give a break to my body from all the fat and sugar I indulged in.

Juice cleanses are not my thing because I think they can be pretty aggressive on the body. I find that replacing some meals with juice works better for me. I, usually, substitute my lunch or dinner with a big glass of fresh juice.

Also, I hate when a detox green juice doesn’t taste good, I know it’s the benefits that matter and all that, but I think that we can make an effort making healthy food tasty.
