This recipe is tahini free and oil free. You need less than 10 ingredients and a food processor to make this tasty Mediterranean inspired hummus.

  • 1 can Chickpeas
  • 1 Lemon
  • 4 Tbsp Water
  • 1 Tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 Tsp Salt
  • 1 Tsp Pepper
  • 1 Tsp Dried thyme
  • 1 Tsp Cumin
  • 1 Tsp Dried oregano
  1. Drain a can of chickpeas, and rinse them thoroughly. Squeeze the juice of the lemon. Add all ingredients to a food processor.

  2.  Pulse for a few minutes or until everything is well combined. 

  3. Taste and adjust the seasoning and texture.
