Moroccan honeycomb pancakes - Bghrir. These delicious pancakes are fluffy, chewy and soft! They only require a few ingredients and definitely worth trying!
Add all ingredients in a blender starting with the water and blend for about 2 min or until everything is well combined.
Leave the batter to rest for 1 hour.
Heat a non-stick frying pan on medium heat, and add a scoop of your batter. Make a uniform layer of pancake.
Cook on medium heat for about 3 to 4 minutes on one side only. They are done when holes on the surfaces of the pancakes are fully formed and the surface is dry.
Cover them with a clean kitchen towel to keep warm and soft. Repeat until done.
